Lambda-Cyhalothrin 4.9% CS or (Karate) is a CS formulated Insecticide, where the active ingredient is encapsulated in microcapsules suspended in water on application. The Microencapsulation controlled-release technology by the manufacturers ensures the active ingredient is released upon drying on the target surface, providing prolonged residual activity and effective pest control. This insecticide is also called as Warrior by suppliers as it is a non-systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action, highly effective against a large range of pests in various crops. Lambda-Cyhalothrin 4.9% CS is used for controlling a variety of insect pests (Bollworms, Stem borers, Leaf folders, Fruit borers) in various crops (Cotton, Paddy (Rice), Brinjal (Eggplant), Okra, Tomato) . The encapsulated formulation provides extended residual activity, reducing the frequency of applications. Lambda-Cyhalothrin 4.9% CS method is under CIPAC guideline. This formulation also has Rainfast Technology: Maintains effectiveness after drying, minimizing performance loss from rain.
