Tris(chloropropyl) phosphate (commonly abbreviated TCPP) also knowns as (Tris(1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate) is a halogenated phosphate ester commonly used as a flame retardant in polyurethane foams, textiles, adhesives, & coatings. It offers excellent thermal stability and compatibility with various polymers, making it a cost-effective choice for achieving flame resistance in flexible foams and construction materials. TCPP is one of the most commercially used chlorinated organophosphates in flame-retardant applications.
