Our 10% ME powder is spray-dried for superior encapsulation efficiency. It features low surface oil (<1%), which significantly improves stability and resistance to caking. The powder is designed for high bulk density and improved dispersibility in bakery and plant-based milk segments.

Our Oil Suspensions are developed with a strong focus on oxidative stability and processing efficiency. They are oxidation-optimized with controlled peroxide values and manufactured using nitrogen flushing to further enhance product stability. With controlled particle size below 30 microns, they ensure uniformity and smooth processing in softgel and liquid formulations. We offer concentrations of 10%, 15%, 20%, and 30%, along with customized higher concentrations when required. Higher concentration options allow for lower softgel fill weight, improving production economics and offering greater formulation flexibility for large-scale manufacturing.
