Have Questions About Polyamide?
We've Got Answers.

Polyamides are a group of polymers that can be found in both nature and synthetic materials (human made). Natural examples include proteins like silk and wool, while synthetic versions include materials such as nylon and aramid. What makes them unique is their structure repeating' units connected by amide bonds. Among these, synthetic polyamides (especially nylon) are the most commonly used.

Compressive strength is scientifically tied to cross-link density. For a grade like Dromide 9331, maintaining a PHR of 65 ensures the perfect stoichiometric balance. Deviating from this ratio leads to "unreacted sites" which act as structural flaws. By providing a locked PHR range, we guarantee that your groutings achieve their maximum compressive potential (often >80 MPa), reducing the risk of structural failure under heavy machinery loads.

Traditional polyamide hardeners tend to "amber" or yellow over time, especially when exposed to UV or ambient light. Dromide® 9372 is engineered with a proprietary low-color backbone. This is essential for Sourcing Managers supplying decorative tile grouts or high-end residential pottings, as it preserves the intended color palette of the finished surface, significantly reducing "aesthetic failure" claims.

We maintain a high-volume production schedule for our core flooring grades. For commercial volumes up to 5MT, our standard lead time is 7–8 Weeks. Products are supplied in 200 Kg MS/HDPE Drums or 1,000L IBCs, offered Ex-Works and protected with nitrogen blanketing to ensure long-term shelf stability.

Cleaning tools and residue after applying traditional epoxy is labor-intensive and requires hazardous solvents. The emulsification technology in Dromide® 9365 allows for cleaning with warm water. This reduces labor hours by up to 30%, eliminates the cost of chemical thinners, and improves the overall safety and environmental profile of the job site.

For rapid return-to-service, Dromide 9395 is the strategic choice. Its chemical structure is tuned for high reactivity (Amine Value 520–570), leading to quick-drying properties and rapid hardness development. Scientists value its high adhesion kinetics, which ensure a strong bond to old concrete, making it the preferred choice for overnight warehouse or production line repairs.

Yes Polyamide Hardener (Adhesive Hardener) and Polyamide grades are export ready adhering to geographic specific regulatory documentation with reliable lead time.
