Our 10% Lycopene OS is specifically optimised for softgel applications targeting cardiovascular health and antioxidant supplementation. It is oxidation-optimised through nitrogen flushing and strictly controlled peroxide values to prevent degradation. The Particle Size Distribution (PSD) is maintained at less than 30 microns, ensuring ultra-uniform blending in softgel formulations. Higher concentration options (up to 20%) are available to allow for lower softgel fill weights, reducing overall production costs.
A key differentiator is the high tableting recovery of 95–98% assay post-compression, ensuring the potency remains stable through the manufacturing process.
